Bio:
Zhang Cheng, Doctor of International Law, Postdoctorate of Public Administration, male, was born in March 1988, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from Wuhan University in June 2015, received a doctorate in law. He is a distinguished associate researcher of Wuhan University, working at Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies(CIBOS) and the Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights (CICTSMR). He has been published more than 30 articles in the CSSCI and Chinese core journals, and presided over a number of research projects, participated in a number of monographs.
