Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies (CIBOS) and the Chinese Society of the Law of the Sea (CSLOS) proudly announce the new edition of the China International Law of the Sea Moot Court Competition (2026 CHINA ILOSMCC), and the Oral Rounds of the competition have been scheduled to take place on 31 October and 1 November. The CHINA ILOSMCC's primary objective is to provide a platform and opportunity for participating students to deepen their knowledge and exchange views on the cutting-edge issues in the field of the law of the sea. The competition is designed to simulate proceedings under Part XV of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. We are thrilled to invite interested universities and institutions from all over the world to participate in the 2026 CHINA ILOSMCC competition! Registration is open until 22 May 2026.
