On October 20-21，2018，Symposium to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Wuhan Battle & working conference on project named “Collection and Study on Archives of the History of the World War against Fascism (including Chines people’s War of Resistance Against Japan) of the special program for studying war of Resistance against Japanese invasion” sponsored by National Social Science Fund was held in Wuhan university. The conference was hosted by CIBOS and the Second World War History Institute of Wuhan University. Nearly 40 experts and professors from universities across the country attended the conference. They discussed on related issues such as the "historical status of Wuhan Battle" and "Military Strategy of Wuhan Battle". At the end of the meeting, Professor Hu Dekun, the leader of the project, reported on the progress of the project and arranged the work for the next step.
