Prof. Domingos de Carvalho Viana Moreira is Professor of Geology and Geophysics, and Professor in the Master's Course on the Law of the Sea, Module on Article 76 of UNCLOS at Agostinho Neto University. He serves as member of the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf since July 2017. He is also Geosciences Coordinator in the Angola Continental Shelf Extension Project, as well as Executive Secretary and Technical Coordinator of the Interministerial Commission for the Delimitation and Demarcation of Maritime Spaces in Angola.
