基本情况

杨泽伟，武汉大学珞珈杰出学者、法学博士、二级教授，武汉大学国际法研究所和中国边界与海洋研究院博士生导师、中国“国家领土主权与海洋权益协同创新中心海洋权益的保障与拓展研究创新团队”负责人、国家社科基金重大招标项目和教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，曾入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划，被湖北省委和省政府授予“有突出贡献的中青年专家”、湖北省十大青年法学家，获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金资助，主持国家社科基金、教育部、司法部、中国法学会、国家发改委、国际海洋局、中国海洋石油总公司等项目20多项，出版《国际法析论（第三版）》、《国际法史论（第二版）》、《主权论》和《海上共同开发国际法问题研究》等多部学术著作，总主编“新能源法律政策研究丛书”，在SSCI英文期刊“Journal of East Asia & International Law”、“Journal of the History of International Law”和《法学研究》、《中国法学》发表论文数十篇，多次获“教育部钱端升法学研究成果奖”、“全国法学教材与科研成果奖”和“国家级教学成果奖”等。

1997年于武汉大学获国际法博士学位，并多次应邀到英国、德国、比利时、澳大利亚、韩国、俄罗斯、瑞典、土耳其等国进行学术访问

Zewei Yang

Position/Title: Ph. D. in Law, Luojia Distinguished Professor

Institute/Department: Law School and China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies of Wuhan University

Bio: Zewei Yang is currently an Luojia Distinguished Professor at Wuhan University School of Law, China. He obtained his Ph.D in Law from Wuhan University (1997). His major research area cover law of the sea, international energy law, international organization law and he has published extensively in these areas. His representative works and articles: On Legal Safeguard of China’s Energy Security (China University of Political Science and Law Press 2009); The Sino-South Korean Fisheries Dispute: Its Present and Future (5 Journal of East Asia & International Law, 2012); Building the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road: Its Impact on the South China Sea Dispute(1 China and WTO Review, 2016) etc. He was visiting Professor at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (1999-2000) and the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy of Dundee University (2007).
