NOTICE ON THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS OF THE ORAL PLEADING

For information on the measures adopted by the Organizing Committee to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health of its Judges and Team Members, while ensuring the continuation of its mandate, the Organizing Committee of the China International law of the Sea Moot Court Competition of 2021 (CHINA ILOSMCC 2021) has made arrangements to hold the Preliminary Rounds of the Oral Pleading on 13-14 November 2021, in a hybrid format. Judges and Teams who participate by video link should refer to GUIDELINES FOR THE PARTIES ON THE ORGANIZATION OF HEARINGS BY VIDEO LINK.

关于口头辩诉小组赛的通知

为防控新冠疫情传播，保护法官和参赛队伍的健康，同时确保该赛事的顺利进行，现将2021年（中国）国际海洋模拟法庭竞赛组委会采取的相关措施信息公告如下。组委会决定于2021年11月13日至14日以线上线下混合的形式举行口头辩诉小组赛。线上参赛的法官和参赛队伍可参考《关于组织相关人员视频参赛指南》进行操作。
