11月12日，俄罗斯驻印度副大使罗曼·巴布什金（Roman Babushkin）表示，印度和俄罗斯正计划向菲律宾和其他几个国家出口“布拉莫斯”（BrahMos）超音速巡航导弹。据消息，印度与菲律宾已就导弹供应进行了初步谈判，两国很可能于明年年初签署相关协议。而包括海湾地区在内的许多国家都表示有兴趣购买该型号导弹。
